No problem at all! It's exactly as I thought hearing you say that :3 Apparently I'm simply used to photoshop and expect that the color I picked will appear when I draw - but I have to use many strokes in SAI. I do love it how it blends though <3 Thanks for the help & I just have to get used to it :P
Oh and no I haven't heard of a hypercam, but I think I know what you mean. I've seen people live stream and a hypercam would record a part of a your screen where you're painting :)

Oh and what do you think about the ear in my hairxplosion drawing? :P In my ref photo I was holding a kitty who was in front of my ear so I didn't have a ref for it xP

Yes I'm super excited by the program! Last time I tried it out I didn't see the extra brush options - changing the tip. That makes such a huge difference & the blending is really easy with SAI.

Oh I do have a question about SAI. When I start with a dark color with the 'normal brush' and later I pick a light color, it's difficult to bring that light color to the front. As in the dark color "absorbs" the light color. On one hand it's fantastic because it makes the blending a lot easier, on the other hand I really want to get that light color. Up till now I simply 'solved' it by starting on a new layer and then merging it again. How do you handle it? Thanks a lot in advance! ^^
This is awesome, Aryia!!!! Its so cool that you got inspired by Ebb-chan! You did a really good job, the hair is fantastic and your subject is also really well done (so awesome that you use yourself as a reference). I love the contrast between the blue hair and skin tone.
Great job especially being your first time finishing an art on SAI and also doing it in a short amount of time!
