I know what it's like to have to place a fake smile on your face. It is nice that you dedicate it to your friend. I love the 'blood' detail, it is really dark. I like it. :D

Aww.. this photo can tell a lot. I like how you express how your friend still manage to smile even with what she's dealing with. =))
