I think you did a good job with the perspective. That's hard to do.
It kind of looks like her left eye is a bit lower than her right. It's subtle though.
Whatever effect you did for the rain looks good. I like the reflection of the clouds in the puddles, too.
Call it karma. Call it luck. Me, I just don't give a... BOUNCE!
