Because for Alice as a little one, she saw this nice boy, he helped her and was nice, so meeting him again she remembers that and is scared for every reason~ Its like meeting your childhood crush although that's not exactly what this is years later, does that make sense?
Also she's Alice, she would always be afraid of a cute nice boy who was willing to help her~ <3
