Overall, it looks fantastic! Teh shading looks good, along with the anatomy. The only thing I see wrong with it is maybe the neck is a bit too thick, and the eyes don't quite look like they belong on this girl. Maybe they aren't detailed enough?
Anyway though, this is really nice (:
