I like how bright the reds are; and the pattern/texture on the fabric is pretty neat, too.
Artist's block, huh? Just an odd suggestion, but have you tried taking a list of a bunch of nouns, and then picking two at random and drawing something relating to them?
For example, say you pick the words "shoe" and "frame"; you could draw shoes meant for framing favorite pictures. What would those look like? But yeah, just a suggestion. Hope it helps as an exercise to get you out of that block :)
