It's extra skin and bone kind of like a Gallade has that extra bit.
Love the colors and coloring style. Does he happen to have two ears? :3

wow, he looks really classy :D I love his expression, he looks like a really cool character :D

He is a shiny gallade and all the other colors are under his jacket. His vest is white and has the dawn stone and tie is orange obviously and he has white pants. His hair is blue and silver because those are the colors of shiny gallade.
