I know what you mean.. The anime's first run was in 1993, and the manga in 2001.. I don't guarantee that info though, I never trust wiki 100%, but I'm always too lazy to search any further.. lol

Never heard of that anime, but i really like the style. Sort of gives off an old school manga vibe :D
