Oh, sorry this is a late reply! Yes there is a texture on Vaporeon, I used a brush that makes a mark like freckles ^^ I also used it on my OCs nose ^^
As for the hands, I was using a reference for this pic, so that explains why they look ok XD when I draw them from memory they look naff usually. Unless I use my own hand as a ref... I still need practise! Thanks a lot for the comment ^^

Is there a texture on Vaporeon, or am I hallucinating? Kind of reminds me of scales, and that would make sense.
You can draw hands so well! They are my major weakness lol.
