Yeah, it's the chin. XD It feels too smooth for a pubescent male. I'd say give it more of a edge (crap, does that make sense...?).

Yes, his face IS femenine! I think it's the lips... and the chin...lol my usual solution:thicken the eyebrows!!!! XD I think the nose should also be longer.....
