I like Ed's coat design - is that a serpent cross as a zipper? Even tho you had trouble with Al, he turned out the best. It looked like you didn't have trouble with him x3
Ah, too bad with the bg. I wanna see what it would look like. The bg has a xmas feel with the bokeh lights and snowflakes, not to mention the colors.
