But wow, this picture is amazing; it looks like you made it with pastels or some other soft type of medium rather than art programs. I like the color choices (probably because blue, teal, and purple are a few of my favorite colors XD), and the lighting effects are fantastic :D

But I'll reemphasize: this looks like it wasn't created in a computer. That's really cool :D
