Luffy is one of the most inspirational manga characters I've read in a series, so of course I like it. And I especially dig the shading you did on the hat *o*
I'll start my picture this weekend! Might be a little bit, but it'll be worth the wait (hopefully!)

i tend to make my guys look girlish too. I'll be drawing a dude and i then somehow transform him into a girl whose character is a tough cookie :D
