The proportions of her face are way off O_o Agreeing with TeenTitansFreak, studying anatomy might help you out a lot ^^

The face is horrible... and your colouring is ok... My suggestion is to take a class on porportion. I think you have potential to be a good artist :)

Everything looks really good except for the face. You should make her eyes a little bigger and line them up. The thumb should be a little bigger to but you colored it wonderfully.
