Well, I use SAI which has really nice lines and I just try to have a steady hand, yes. Though a lot of times I just kinda flick around and hope I get a nice line...XD

Ah! That's great! That's the thing about tablets, they take up a lot of space, but you have to have a space for you to use it comfortably...;m; I think most people put their tablet in front of them, but my desk doesn't have any room so I put it on the side of me on another desk...;orz
