OH MY GOODNESS!! This just made my day!! DOCTOR WHO FOR THE WIN!! David Tennant is totally my favorite Doctor. Although I haven't seen as many of the episodes with Matt Smith, so maybe I'm biased. But still, he cracks me up! This so SO cute! Your friend is gonna LOVE it! I would legit buy it. You should do Etsy or something XD 'Cause it's super awesome!! How are you going to make it a shirt? Silkscreen? Or like iron on or something? My advice: DO NOT silkscreen it. It's seriously not as easy as it looks. It takes FOR-EVER. But I digress. The picture is really cute, too : ) I could tell which doctor it was right away! Good job! And oh my gracious, you said Wholigan!! YES!! That seriously made my life. And my brother said it wouldn't catch on! LOL.

So cool! He looks extremely happy and I also like that you did two hearts haha. The background of the cirlce looks fantastic! Multi-layered circly stuff. It looks wicked and I'd love to see the finish product on a t-shirt :P
