Sorry for the lateness!
This one is really great,I feel the movement in the anichars.The background was so well placed.Sotimetimes I wondr if you can portrait a background from a dream or something if you hold the image well.
I love how you did a different take with OC's. Instead of humans, you based them off of creatures! ^^ It must've taken a long time to do all the details of this drawing! The coloring is just amazing! Good luck in the challenge!
Haha so TRUE. Yeah it looks like if Cyndra did just one flap with her left wing she'd knock poor aquafox to the ground :P In this drawing I rather focussed on the poses than the wings - i still find it hard to do folded wings (especially with this perspective. Perhaps I'll dig in and try to find some references for wing practice ;)

Though I have a suggestion about your Cyndra. If she's mainly relying on pawpower for running this race don't you think her wings would be swept back behind her? I mean, I guess we wouldn't have as cool a view of them but it almost looks like she'll bonk poor Aquafox on the head anytime now.
Uck, I wouldn't even have ATTEMPTED to try fur so you're way ahead of me on that one :P I really like how Aquafox's red eyes spark out of her blue face. And her (um, his?) ears are a lot of fun too. And I liked your rocks . . . okay that felt weird to say but I really do like them lol I can totally picture the type of landscape they're running through.

Aw! They both look really good! And I especially like how you did the wings for Cyndra. They look so beautiful and delicate when they're out stretched~ And the Aquafox looks sooo cute! And fluffy x3 I just want to huggle both of them!
