Woah! I like it. The wings look very pretty and all of the colours/colors go nicely together. Good job!

The medium you used is an origional a break from the more common colored pencil fan art, although I don't think it looks as good on detailed characters as it does on more simple characters(ie your night before christmas drawing) I like it, although the face looks a litte expressionless. Nice work.

Rei's my favorite Evangelion character too. The red background really complements everything, and the wings are a nice touch.
