Nice! Cool OC! Ah no I actually don't think it looks too much like Sailer Moon!! I try to draw some OCs sometimes and I always get annoyed if I find out it looks like another character >_< But when I saw Nanari here, I didn't even think of Sailer Moon^^ They both have pig-tails but thats alright! I really like your design with her :D
