Hmm, I think perhaps the face is a bit too long. It's actually a question of proportion - I think there appears to be just a little too much distance between the bottom of the eyes and the tip of the chin. (So, the overall length of the face might be just fine, just the elements within it might be slightly off). That's just what my eye is telling me.
There are, of course, actually styles of manga that look more like this - so you may be following the "rules" of a particular style. I think it definitely pays to look at all different kinds of styles, and see what different rules govern those. The one thing that helps the absolute most, though, is drawing from life. I used to draw self-portrait after self-portrait. That reallllllly helps you develop a thorough understanding of proportions.
