Hm, though I don't actually meditate (nor ever do I have a decent chance to...), it can be something as simple as finding a very quiet space and breathing deeply. Having even 5 minutes of complete silence is rejuvenating for your mind and the breathing will help to lower your heart rate, thus making you feel calmer. They say that taking at least 5-10 minutes of silence per day can help make you overall healthier =^_^=

yeah that's how I'm feeling right now, I want a new job and relax at home, but it's not going to happen anytime soon. I just don't want to fall into an art block again after just getting out of it.

Perhaps that's why i can't draw... So long as I'm here at home, it'll always be stressful... But I can't move out because I don't have the money nor a car. And I can't really get a job so easily due to the economy and the fact that someone needs to be here at home while everyone else is out... I guess I'm trapped =^_^;=

I'm actually afraid I might be getting an artist block again. I haven't been able to work on anything serious at all and stuff at home is getting stressful so I have no motivation and work eats up my time too.
