Yes, the blue lines are a problem...I wasn't sure how to totally cover them up without redrawing most of picture ^^u
Anyway, I really appreciate your feedback.
This is gorgeous! Really well done. I love the smooth shading in the hair. I like that you didn't try to define every strand and made it more of a solid mass instead. I also like that you kept a bit of negative space between the hair and background, which gives it more contrast.
Overall, I really like the sharp, clean style. The only drawback is the blue lines, but it doesn't take away much.
