5. line: MacDonald, Sakuko, Gupta, Garuga, Haan, Madrai, Benares
again: only the german names. Oberältester is the german title for the old namekian who woke the powers in Gohan and Kuririn.
Especially here you can see, that I didn't draw the eyes of everyone in DB. It'sjust the interesting eyes. When Goku and Gohan tried to get used to being SSJ right before the Cell-games, they actually had the same eyes^^

I need to ask, do you have a higher resolution for this because I am just trying to read names and see who is who! I would love to see a bigger picture of this if possible for both of your parts!!!
well... ther eyes are only from toriyama works and from 3x3 eyes. would have been too much work. i did a similar work on hair styles... but that's 22 pages and i won't upload those^^

Neat! I see a lot of Akira Toriyama-ish eyes near the top of the image :D
