What program was this made with? It has a watercolor feel to it (I love watercolors!) Don't know the anime, but I'll check it out when I get the chance.

I love art with shadows from trees! XD Makes everything much more realistic! I love all the light colors in this, the pool of light and her complex ruffles!

um, i draw in paint tool sai and i use bunch of tools in coloring but mostly brush, blur, and eraser tool ;3
