EEEEKKK PENELOPPEEEE!<3333 She is SUPER SUPERRR cute!!<33 I wish I could make her my OC LOL. I can't get enough of those adorable curls!<3 I should draw her and Miharu together because they both have similar hairstyles(curls in the front!)~! haha and plus they complement each other(pink and blue!)~ xD But anyways!
