well, what happens on that show, is not that different from asphalt roads. the have rest areas, they have radios, they have the lingo, they have almost everything, except the fear of breaking the ice.

your half right about the radio. its a two way radio that truckies use to tell each other if theres any trouble ahead or if they have news about the weathor from other places.
