Ah, someone already mentioned the anatomy problem so I won't be saying the same thing. :)
The color, looks really good and I really enjoy this drawing. Overall, the art looks really cheerful and Inoue looks cute and her pose looks good.
The white stripes on her blouse (the chest area) gives me a weird feeling thou, like there's something else you need to do with it, like it looks out of place. Maybe it'll looks okay if the stripes were a little bit softer.
