I HATE THOSE LONG SERIES TOO.
I've grown tired with mainstream battle manga and anime :I Bleach and Naruto in particular. They just don't make sense to me anymore OTL It's probably because of Jump. I don't think they'd want to let the series end since it's been so successful or something. /shrugs
