It is pretty cool and you have many options while coloring. Well you can buy it through net. Just download the trial version, and then you can pay for it. I think that you can not save your images with trial version just work on them.
Though if you want to be a little naughty, you can find the crack so that you can deactivate the trial version and have it for free

You probably mean on the lines of the hair between and next to the eyes? I know, I usually do zoom in a lot to work on these lines. But the problem was line art and I screwed a little later. You right, I should have payed more atention there.
Haha, well anatomy can be tricky. I think that I maid some mistakes with the arms there, but it depends from which angle you look. Though this is Konata and I tried to stay true as much as possible to the original creation.^^
*nods* Yeah, the lighting there is off a little. Thank you for saying that it is very well done, but it might be. I tried placing the Sun there, so that shadows would actually fall there.
But I guess that I was wrong huh? I should practice more on that.

For the effects and filters you will have to use some other program though (like I used GIMP to place that Sun, lighting and signature). :3
