Nonsense, I don't thing they're flaws at all. We all have our own scars, quirks, etc. that make us different. Life would be boring if we were the same or perfect. :)
Anyway, I think you did a nice job with the realism. I LOVE your hair the most. The colors and and style are great! Also, the pose and that gold chain on the back of the dress are really neat too.
