Just take a white brush at photoshop , point some stars and then change the size the vary the stars :3.

O wow ! They are so easy to draw ,trust me !
You can't suck at them when you draw those complicated pictures XD.

Try to make the hands a bit bigger to add a more realistic proportion.The background and the details of your pictures are really nice.I think you forget the stars haha XD.
