I like the yellow. It's the right kind of clash. It stands out but it doesn't distract from the overall blue theme. Very nicely done and also very cute entry.
Hrmm...really...well...I just looked at the colour wheel/palette thingy on SAI to judge from that. I think of the computer they're complements, but with paint they're not...I dunno, I've never understood it...'orz

this looks neato~ I like it a lot! I like the yellow, I think it goes well. Though technically orange is blue's complementary colour. Yellow is the complement of purple. But anyway, the girl is super cute. I really dig this.
