Thank you! I studied internet pictures to figure out how I would draw one. I've never seen an earwig that close up. It's actually kind of interesting, I didn't know they had an alternating pattern on them. (Or that the pinchy-things were not the front end).

I am an entomologist (I study insects), and I think this is CUTE! I guess that makes me weird...
Either way, you did a great job, especially with the abdomen. It really looks like a shiny chitinous exoskeleton!
Thanks. Ugh, bug infestations...why does it always have to be the bad ones? I mean, my neighbors have complained about their infestation of ladybugs...what's wrong with that? We got ants, earwigs, fruit flies, mosquitos, and now wasps, and they got ladybugs? What's wrong with ladybugs? Good luck with the bagworms.
