Try seeing it on a flat screen or changing the contrast on your cp.The tones are very delicate and I had to compare in some motitors because in some it's so soft it's hard to see but in others it looks fine X_x .

Hummm that was a very interesting comment pau chan, for a flat screen it looks well but checked on other screens and the result changes greatly.As you can see some people were very happy with the current contrast but others think it's to weak.Also your setting could be involved in this particular picture :3.

Oh about that,couldn't use blue for shades because I'm using a visual effect to make the coffe tones of reimu look like red,it's all in the color combo :3.

it's so cute...though it would be better if the colors were stronger since its difficult to see the drawing...but it could also be a problem with my computer :p

I think it's a mix of it. I would of liked to see more contrast or deepness of color in it, like inside the light blue lines that you used. I usually don't use filters in photoshop for my art, but use whatever you're comfortable with~~ ^^
