Yeah she does look like she wants to play or do something fun! I was really grumpy when I started the drawing but it cheered me up in the process, I was really happy with the end result of the picture!
Its one of my favorite pictures so far this year so I want to make more in this style. X3

I agree with you, the eyes look really nice. :) But my personal favorite part is the haaaiiirrr. *A* So jealous.
