Manga Studio is an art program specifically for drawing manga (and anime i suppose) and it has lots of cools tones and panels and speech bubbles and things like that and is really easy to make manga on!! There are two versions, the really expensive professional one, or the beginner one. Debut 4 is the newest edition for both. EX is the professional one, I have the beginner one for now, but it's still a really good buy!
