She dressed up like a nurse in only one scene in the show. She was performing scientific tests on Tenchi and dressed up like that to take a sperm sample. I guess she thought it would get his motor running. Awesome drawing by the way too.

Nice! Tenchi Muyo was a good show, I need to watch it again. lol
