The face alone made me have to see what this picture was all about. Not sure what blowing stuff up has to do with New Years, but if it's a new trend I certainly hope they don't do that in my neighborhood. o.o
For some unknown reason my favorite thing about this piece is her hair. I wish I could get my hair to look that soft and perfect...

I only get my hair to look like that once in a blue moon when I hop out of the shower and let my hair dry veeerrrry slowly.
