Exactly, and that is the entire problem with guns. It makes it easy to kill a person. There was a recent incident of a manga going to into a school board meeting with a gun and shot at the people there (fortunately he missed), but then he shot himself...Now, like you said, if he were smarter and more skilled with a sword and didn't have a gun, then I don't think that problem would have ever happened.

Guns may be a convenience with war, but, war is also something that shouldn't happen like crime. So there really isn't any reason for guns or bombs or anything...O.o;

If you get down to the nitty gritty, swords are a little more brutal considering you kinda have to cut you opponent, it requires physical and mental strength to know that you could mutilate your opponent. In other words, it takes guts. One doesn't need to be strong to lift a gun, nor shoot it, but swords are different. I don't think people will ever give up their guns for a sword for a number of reasons:
Guns are easier to use, easier to maintain, and easier to conceal. People have become quite lazy these days, and lets face it, things have become so convenient. Rather than having to lift a long piece of crafted metal, they only need to pull a trigger. I wonder if this convenience is partly responsible for the increase in crime today?

I love his character, too! And, YESS! I REAL MAN! I hate guns, I think they're a rip off of the true art which is sword fighting. (I vote on abolishing the use of guns, please go back to the swords)
