I use screen tone (that stick on pattered stuff) on all my b/w drawings. I've noticed that after I scan them it sometimes starts to take on a different appearance, but basically it's just dots printed really close together.

This is soo pretty what did you use to give the skirt and shirt such texture? Manga studio? pls thank you! xD
