Well, there's two ways I can think of... The first is, you copy this fanart and use photoshop to cut out your avatar, then put it in a new photoshop file and save it as jpg.

The second is, I could just send the individual icon to your email address and you save it (but you'd still have to reduce the size so that it fits theO criteria...) and upload it as your avi.
