and the placement of curls on her waist is good ..
colors are good they don't sting the viewers eye...
they only thing that looks off is the breaking lines of both the elbows
especially the one thats behind her!!

Since you asked for critique, here you go^^ I hope you don't find it offensive or anything
First of all, I really like the character design! The hair and skirt are probably my favourite parts^^ The anatomy looks pretty good all in all, except maybe for her right arm (left arm on the picture) But that's probably just because of the position of the sketch lines. The background is slightly random, and personally, I don't really think that all the shades of green fit that well together, but I do agree with you that green's a pretty colour! Nice job all in all *hugs*
