Ooh,this look really smooth,Angel! I really like how you got it's proud eyes!
I have only one little thing to say,though: Maybe a little less blurring on the black part (wing,chest) of the eagle. It's a bit too blurred that it actually loses a bit of reality. If you did the blurring of the black part just like the white part,it would've been perfect. But I still think this drawing is still really awesome~! An eagle,I mean...Woah! xD

Yeah well don't think this one would chase hamster because it's a bald eagle and hamsters are from europe.Hummm and maybe one from south America XD (pokes).
