Yeah, I could see something like this. However, I don't think he'll lose his childlike innocence or ability to laugh; it's just a part of who he is. But yeah, it's likely that he'll have more scars and be more mature looking... but still with that childish smile :D

I don't think Luffy will grow any older but I sure hope his hair grows like you drew him! Love it!
