Yeah, I know. This is why I like this character too. But also other ones,who don't like fighting. Kyoraku Shunsui(the captain that you mentioned) was shown in a different light against fight with Stark,but still I understand him.He didn't liked what he has to do,but he know that he must do that. Unlike Stark,who is also a very interesting character who didn't gave much about Aizen ideals or orders. He just wanted that everything finishes.
Chad also was interesting in the beginning because he never attacked anyone,just for those that he had to defend.Though he also later changed a little bit xDD
