Yeahh, why isn't there a Sailor Earth? I guess Sailor Moon is Sailor Earth...? Well...is there a god of Earth? There's Gaia...So maybe that's why there is no Sailor Earth 'cause Gaia isn't actually the goddess OF Earth, more like a personification of Earth...and there is no goddess or god of Earth in Greek mythology/Roman mythology, which Sailor Moon is based off of...So maybe that answers the question! XD
XD Funny thing is is that my username actually wasn't hinting towards Sailor Moon but an actual short "obsession" with the French word for moon. XD The soldier part, I don't remember exactly where I came up with that part. XD

anyway... It's cool because I was thinking of who to dedicate this to and then you came to mind. Then after I typed out your name, I was like OH like moon soldier, sailor scout, no wonder I thought of you. (Im sure I realized the importance of your name before, but I wasn't thinking of it righ then)Im glad you like it! Its great that you had a character like this too!
You know, the headband is her trademark, the time turner is her character's powerful detective gadget and harry potter accessory XD, and every thing else I improvised! I used to try drawing sailor scouts like, when I was a lot younger (notice I have nothing else uploaded) so I had a basic idea that they had sailor outfits, boots, gloves, tiaras, and wands. The wand, my sister pointed out to me, LOOKS A LOT LIKE sailor saturn's scythe. I thought it was original but nuuuu. It makes me wonder if somewhere in my brain, I subconciously knew the design! Or maybe Its just a freaky coincidence. LOL! I once upon a time had a Sailor Earth character! XD Well, according to what I heard, Tuxedo Mask was representing the earth like a Sailor Scout. Anyway, great picture. ^^ I love the design!
