You know what the blonde kid said to me today. He said there's a difference between saying "stupid" and "stoopid." So apparently stupid has to do with being mentally incompotent, while stoopid has to do with something else.
For example, a direct quote:
"Like if there was a pidgeon and it was so fat that it couldn't fly, I'd say that pidgeon is stoopid. Cuz it's cute, but it's stoopid!"
