That is just too cool, Wht. The character is awesome, but the background is amazing! You are constant inspiration to those of us that aspire to make beautiful CG art. Keep it up!!

it's actually yellow to red, with orange being the color in between. in photoshop, or any other CG program that has smudging tools, yellow + red smudging will put orange in. As for the Sparkles, funny story! that is actually the leaves tool from photoshop *the same leaves you see used in the trees) that I made into 3-4 pixels and spread around to imitate stars. I have a tutorial for it here

wow, I love it!! I love catgirls... the color of her hair looks cool, how you blended the yellow with the orange. and I like the sparkles you put in the sky. it makes me think of fall... I'm so ready for changing leaves and cooler weather... *sigh* have to wait a while though, I suppose.
