I really like the whole theme of the picture..it kind of gives of a mysterious feel with Inuyasha's pose.
The coloring is great, and the cell shading on it is really neat. I KNOW BG are a pain to draw, so dont worry about it, youll get better. this pictures stays very real to their characters, so great job on hat. There are a few things you can work on. like the anatomy of the characters, and maybe a bit more dimension.
