I used water colour, plain water colour, and redo the lines with mechanical pencil, sometimes I do used art-liner but the best way (for me, I think) is to use pencil...

I'm curious: what did you use to color it with? It looks like watercolors, but I'm not entirely sure. I also noticed the way you didn't color over the lineart within the colored parts themselves. It has an interesting look; I've never did that before. Usually I paint over everything and then redo the lines with pen. But when doing it that way, the darker lines get lost in the darker colors, so I can see the virtues of leaving them white. Interesting effect!
